The dream of all coaches is ideal parameters of body and consciousness guaranteeing victory for a sportsman. Triathlon is a unique type of sport which requires a fast combination of power and incredible endurance. A lucky owner of these characteristics can become the star of triathlon.

After having analyzed the results of recent Olympic winners, we withdraw champions’ parameters. Obtained results have been subjected to medical analyze for identifying the pattern.

  2. Recommended BMI for men is 20,5, for women is 20,2 regardless of height.
